Susan - Office Manager
A native Texan, Susan has been in the dental profession since 1994. Always ready with a welcoming smile, Susan makes a point of getting to know each patient as they join the practice. Originally a registered dental assistant, she felt she could best help patients by moving to the front office. Susan can help our patients make the most from their insurance coverage! She can also help schedule appointments and handle all financial needs for the office and our patients.

Susan and her husband, Todd have two children, Micayla & Kendahl. Susan loves to entertain family & friends in her free time. One of her favorite hobbies is traveling to all of her daughter’s college softball games to watch her play.
Dr. Reagan Grizzle, DDS
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, Dr. Reagan Grizzle went on to attend the University of Texas Dental School and graduated with honors in 1980.
Following graduation, Dr. Grizzle taught as a part-time assistant professor at his alma mater for five years. During this time, he also started his Sugar Land dental practice, opening his doors for the first time in 1982. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
When Dr. Grizzle is not at the dental office, he enjoys playing tennis, racing cars, horseback riding, and spending time with his two children, Marti and Sarah.
Regie - Registered Dental Assistant
Originally from Bergenfield, New Jersey, Regie received her dental assistant certificate from Berdan Institute in 1997. She worked as a chairside dental assistant for 9 years before moving to Richmond, Texas, in December of 2006.
In 2009, Regie joined Dr. Grizzle’s practice. She and her husband, Rody, are the proud parents of two sons, Matthew & Kenneth. During her free time, Regie enjoys spending time with her family, walking, biking, and gardening.
